Privacy Notice

How this website handles personal information when you browse or contact us.

Last updated: 29 July 2026

1. Who is responsible for your data

This website is operated by the individual behind FT Digital. Send privacy-related requests to info@ftdigital.eu.

2. Data we process

When you use the contact form, we process information you provide directly:

  • your name, email address, country, phone number, and message;
  • your company name and business type, if you choose to provide them.

Your name, email address, country, phone number, and message are required to handle the request. Without them, we may be unable to reply.

Our hosting provider may also record technical logs such as IP address, browser information, access time, and requested pages for operation, security, and troubleshooting.

3. Why we process this data

  • to answer enquiries and provide the product or partnership information you request;
  • to take steps at your request before entering into a contract;
  • to keep the website reliable and secure and resolve technical issues.

The corresponding legal bases are pre-contractual steps under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and our legitimate interest in website security and operation under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Information submitted for an enquiry is not automatically used for marketing.

4. Who may receive the data

Hosting, infrastructure, and contact-form providers may process data on our behalf only where needed to deliver the website, transmit your request, or protect the service. We do not sell personal data.

If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we will use appropriate safeguards recognised by the GDPR.

5. How long we keep it

Contact information is kept only until we have answered the request and completed any necessary follow-up directly related to it. If a customer or business relationship follows, relevant information is kept according to the applicable business and legal requirements. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.

6. Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority; in Italy, this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

To exercise your rights, email info@ftdigital.eu. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

7. Cookies and local settings

This website currently uses no advertising or behavioural analytics cookies. Your light or dark theme preference is stored on your device and is not sent to us as contact-form data.

8. Changes to this notice

If the way this website processes data changes, we will update this page and the date shown above.
